If you're not absolutely delighted with your shopdafe.com purchase, please contact our Customer Relations team at email@example.com. We will correct your order immediately.
WITHIN 30 DAYS.
Any item(s) purchased online may be returned within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) with a proof of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags and labels attached.
* Purchases made online can be returned to our designated facility or at any of our Dafé boutiques.
You have 2 ways of returning the merchandise.
1) Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to receive a return label from us. A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the final refund. Please give us 24-48 hrs. to get back to you with the return label.
2) You can ship the package with your preferred carrier of choice that can provide a tracking number. Shopdafe.com is not responsible for any lost packages.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. The shipments are at your responsibility until they reach our facility. All returns are usually processed within 14 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns for the following merchandise:
- Any washed or worn merchandise
- Clearance or sales merchandise (Any items discounted from the original price at time of purchase)
- Returned merchandise without original tags and labels or received beyond 30 days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.
Within 14 days of receiving your return merchandise, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed. It may take up to 7 days before your refund is officially posted to your method of payment.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently due to limitation of our system.
